The spine is a masterpiece of design. How then, is it possible that so many people in the modern world suffer from back pain and it’s associated conditions? In this workshop we will look at the many factors that influence spine health and our ability to move with ease and comfort in any level of activity.
You will learn imagery, touch and movement exercises to: decompress the spine, relieve tension, decrease low back pain, initiate movement in accordance with how the body is designed, enhance back and spine health, restore and prevent back injury. This knowledge can create significant improvement in flexibility, balance and strength.
