Neck + shoulder tension affects the stability and movement of our spine and impacts how we are able to move and use different parts of our body.

Leave this workshop with techniques that you can use anywhere and anytime to maintain a sense of ease in your body.  Create lasting change in both the mind and body.

The Franklin Method utilizes several props, including balls and thera-bands, to help align and stabilize muscles. Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to take your shoes off. Bring water as we will be releasing toxins. Open to everyone – all ages, sizes and fitness levels!
