In this basics class, we will look at the design and function of a specific body part utilizing the brain in a new way with science-backed imagery techniques, movement and touch. We then apply these newly embodied principles to movement exercises typically using a nine foot elastic Thera band & a variety of rubber Franklin Method tension releasing balls. Over time, students become familiar with a broad range of topics including the muscles & bone rhythms of the shoulders, pelvis, feet, knees, spine, as well as organs. YOU can then apply what you learn to EVERYTHING you do. Check out the video below for a little sampling of a powerful Neck & Shoulder release that incorporates many of the principles I speak of.
