Tension in the feet directly impacts tension and discomfort in the knees, hips, shoulders, neck & spine. When we learn how to use our feet more efficiently, we use less energy with each step and release tension in the whole body & mind!
The Franklin Method utilizes several props, including balls and thera-bands, to help align and stabilize muscles. Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to take your shoes off. Open to everyone – all ages, sizes and fitness levels!
